Powered Roller Conveyor System


(A) Straight Bed

Roller Straight Bed is used to transfer a load, such as trays, cartons from location A straight to location B. Mode of Transfer available : Zero-Pressure Accumulative Transfer, Accumulative Transfer & Train Mode.

* Product singulated during conveying on the conveyor. Suitable for distribution system and medium / heavy product.

* Products run continuously. Suitable in bulk accumulative deliveries.

* Products transfer singulated in batch. Suitable fior batch transfer

(B) Roller Curve Conveyor

4 types of roller curve : 30, 45, 60 and 90 Degree Curve.

(C) 90 Degree Belt Transfer

The bi-directional 90 degree belt transfer sends and receives products to or from either side of the transfer while the opposite directional 90 Degree belt allows transfer to run opposite direction from the standard 90 Degree belt transfer.
